Position Title: Graphic Design Intern

My Role:

• Assist in creating custom merch designs for individual influencer brands (shirts, hoodies, etc.)

• Constant communication with clients to ensure the exact desire and needs for requested designs.

Target Audiences:

• Influencers/Creators – Who want clean, custom, high-converting merch and branding

• Fans/Followers – Who want to rep their favorite creators in a stylish, expressive way

• Retail/E-commerce Shoppers – Who prioritize design, quality, and community representation

• Internal Teams – Sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams who need strong visual support

Tone & Style:

• Trendy, Youthful, and Bold – Inspired by streetwear, pop culture, and digital aesthetics

• Clean and Adaptable – Fits a range of creator brands while maintaining InfluenceTee polish

• Minimal when needed, Expressive when it counts – Understand when to go big and when to be subtle

Success Metrics:

• Positive internal feedback from creative and influencer teams

• On-time delivery of design assets with minimal revisions

• Contributions to at least one major merch drop or campaign
